Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Slushie (slushie.studio), an AI content studio operated by Artefaktx. Using the service means you accept them.

The service

Slushie drafts, refines, schedules and publishes social content for brands you control, learns from your decisions and from real performance data, and reports honestly on both. AI-generated content is always subject to your review — you decide what publishes, and you are responsible for what you approve.

Honest-loop clause (what we promise, and don’t)

We promise a working loop: generation grounded in your brand’s memory, verified publishing, measured results, and a system that improves from evidence. We do not promise virality, reach, revenue, or any specific outcome — anyone who does is selling folklore. Predictions shown in the studio are calibrated estimates with tracked error, not guarantees.

Your accounts and credentials

Credentials you connect (social accounts, ad accounts, model-provider keys) remain yours. You warrant you are authorized to connect them. We use them only for the functions you invoke and store them encrypted. You can revoke any connection at any time.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no spam, no impersonation, no content that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. We may suspend accounts that use the studio to cause harm.

Billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe on a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Model usage on your own API keys is billed by your provider, not by us.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for platform policy actions taken against accounts you publish to.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the studio. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Contact: team@slushie.studio.
