Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Slushie (slushie.studio), an AI content studio operated by Timeloop Inc. (“we”, “us”). Using the service means you accept them.

The service

Slushie drafts, refines, schedules and publishes social content for brands you control, learns from your decisions and from real performance data, and reports honestly on both. AI-generated content is always subject to your review — you decide what publishes, and you are responsible for what you approve.

Honest-loop clause (what we promise, and don’t)

We promise a working loop: generation grounded in your brand’s memory, verified publishing, measured results, and a system that improves from evidence. We do not promise virality, reach, revenue, or any specific outcome — anyone who does is selling folklore. Predictions shown in the studio are calibrated estimates with tracked error, not guarantees.

Who can use it

Slushie accounts are by invitation, for people running a studio’s brands. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

AI drafts

Drafts are written by AI from your brand’s notes and history. They can be wrong, and if your brand’s voice uses strong language, they may too. You review every draft before anything is published, and you are responsible for what you approve. Report any draft that is offensive, harmful or untrue from the app; a person reads every report.

Your accounts and credentials

Accounts you link through Slushie Connect (social accounts), ad accounts and model-provider keys remain yours. You warrant you are authorized to link them. We use them only for the functions you invoke — chiefly, publishing content you approved and reading back how it performed — and store their tokens encrypted. You can unlink any account at any time, in the studio or in the platform’s own settings. Your use of each platform through Slushie is also governed by that platform’s own terms (for example the X Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s Terms, LinkedIn’s User Agreement and TikTok’s Terms of Service).

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no spam, no impersonation, no content that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. We may suspend accounts that use the studio to cause harm.

Billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe on a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Model usage on your own API keys is billed by your provider, not by us.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for platform policy actions taken against accounts you publish to.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the studio. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Contact: team@slushie.studio.
